DSL conenction issue last 2 days


Hello o2 community,

I’m really enjoyed with intenet and stability connection during last 2 years, but last 2 days something happened and periodically during the day there are connection errors occur.
according to my router logs I have following error:
Jun 23 12:56:12

pppd[29624]

Timeout waiting for PADO packets

After that my internet conenction goes down and it continiously repeated multiple times per hour, sometimes every 2-5 minutes.

Could it be hardware problem on O2 side?

No aswers so far, but problem still exists and some times speed looks like this:

Thanks for asking, it looks good for now, I don’t have any disconnection anymore.

One question: Did the issue solved itself or did you get help from our technicians?

It would also be great if you stay in our community. 

Our digital living room is a nice place to hang out with other users in our community. 😊

It was solved by itself. May be problem was actual for someone else in my location and somebody called technician, but I‘ll never know.
