I ordered My Home XXL last week online for a new Kabel internet connection. I have input my IBAN and other personal data during the application process. However, I didn’t get any confirmation after 4days past. I only received one email with title “Wichtige Informationen zu Ihrem ausgewählten o2 Produkt”.
This doesn’t look normal to me. What should I do in the next step?
