How can I tell if my new public IP address is active. ?

When I go to the what is my IP address portal it shows only IP4 address starting 46---

There is no IP6 Address.

Is this correct ?

Should the IP address begin with 10-----?

Should there be a IP6 Address ?

I have entered the correct APN “NETPUBLIC” in capital letters

The router has been rebooted.

I look forward to your response.

Hi @ukguy ,

sorry for the late reply!

The public dynamic IPv4-Adress-service has been active until its deactivation.

We can see if which apn has been used, it was netpublic.

IPv6-Adresses won´t be given out when the IP-service is active, it is either IPV6/IPv4 or the public dynamic IPv4-Adress-service.

The IP_Range is okay. Did you notice an error or did something not quite work out even with the IP-Service being active?

Best regards,

Kurt
