Dear O2,



I have a flexible contract with O2. I accidentally failed 3 times to input the PIN (I remember the PIN). I do not have the original sim card package (which usually has PUK code printed). I also do not know my password for my O2 because the seller registered the sim card for me. Fortunately, I have the written contract.



Is it possible for me to know the PUK? I prefer not to make a phone call because my German is not so good.
