I sent my cancelation letter to O2 two weeks ago and no sign of confirmation. On the web account there is no Kündigungstermin date. I sent the letter with signature so I have proof of O2 receiving it. Can someone please tell me how long I have to wait for the confirmation? The deadline is approaching fast...

I just observed that my Kundennummer is different on the online platform than on my paper contract. Can someone explain me which one should it be in the cancelation letter, please? Is a DSL Internet contract

as far as I can see, your cancellation letter has reached us, but the cancellation hasn't been implemented yet because there is also a request of a different provider to take over your account and phone number, so this may cause a slight delay until your cancellation is completed and approved.
If there isn't any confirmation within this week, feel free to contact us again so we will look further into the matter.
