I had informed about my umzug one month in advance but i did not get any confirmation of the Anschluss from O2. I am calling daily to O2 customer care since last 15 days and checking when will i get my connection appointment, but still no confirmation yet.



I am fed up of waiting for such a long time. I am dependent on internet for many things and because of no dsl at home every work which depends on the internet is stopped.



Is there a way to cancel the contract based on this reason, as O2 cannot give the service I want to go to other service provider.
Maybe you are looking for section 46 subsection 8 Telecommunications Act. If you don't understand this provision completely, you should ask somebody who does.
