DSL Not Working Since 4 Months Hello, My Internet stopped working in May, and since then I tried many ways to fix it. I called the support number way too many times with no success. After 30 min of talking to robots, when I reach a person they can only make a technician appointment, and so I did. I had more than 5 appointments made, the technician never came. If I call back, they don't know why the technician never came, and they don't know what to do. If I go to a store, they say the only solution is to call the support number. It is unacceptable, I cannot take days off of work to sit home for nothing. Address is correct - there was no problem to find us when we installed the router.
