Prepaid simcard 999GB


Hello O2 community,

I have ordered a 999GB simcard on March 02, 2023 and already paid 75 Euro. I still did not receive any confirmation and the O2 office in my city just say to call hotline and they cannot help me. Please somebody help me what to do!

Thank you very much @Alex for the reply. I will wait and I wish to receive the confirmation and simcard soon. I was hoping to order it online as I was on a journey aiming to receive it earlier otherwise I could get it from the O2 shop.
