O2 HomeSpot not working for PS4


Hello All … I have recently got a homespot contract with the 5G router and it’s working perfectly except for gaming specially on my PS4 (Connected but got NAT type 3), I read online that it’s fixable by getting a public IP for a one-time payment, So I wanted to check with you guys if that’s true and if so how can I obtain that so called public IP thing. I have tried contacting the customer service hotline but unfortunately I don’t speak German yet so that is NOT an option for me :|

the service for the public dynamic IPV4 comes with a free; a one-time payment of 49,99 €.

Excuse me, I forgot to tell. There is no need to post again in english-forum, just wait a few days (5-8 days) until a staff member will answer here and do next neccessary actions to get you a public IP.
