shift from o2 prepaid to o2 postpaid

Hi.

I woulf just like to ask, how do I change my o2 prepaid account to o2 postpaid? Do I need to go personally in in o2 shop oder it can be done online? If so, I wanna know how.

Hi @xtinadimaa,

you can first conclude the contract online (or in a shop) and then apply for number porting in "Mein o2"/”My o2”. The number porting from o2 prepaid to o2 postpaid is free of charge.

    thank you for your first post and welcome to our community.
    As @MXP_Alex already discribed, you can order a postpaid contract online  at o2.de or in an o2 shop. For porting your number you can use the way MXP_Alex discribed or by ordering via an o2 shop you can order portating the number via the shop.
