Hello, I want to port out a number I have on a Mobile Unlimited Basic Service to another Provider but I want to continue the contract with another new random number from o2. Is this possible ?

Yes, that is possible. In the customer portal you release your phone number under Manage contract > Take phone number to another provider. Your new provider will request the phone number immediately.
