I paid my final bill but just received a bill for 1.20 Euros. What is this charge?

You can find out how much is charged for what on your invoice. Please read all pages of the invoice. The invoice is the PDF document that is made available to you via "Mein o2".

The invoice says the charge is an overdue or “late charge.” My final invoice had a deadline of 3 December 2021. I paid the invoice in full on 28 November. I recently moved from Germany to the USA and had to close my German bank account prior to leaving. I terminated my account and sent correspondence to o2 about my final invoice. When I received my final bill I paid it before the deadline.

I will not be paying this 1.20 Euro bill. My account was terminated in November and the final bill has been paid.

If you just don't pay this won't simply go away. You will keep getting reminders and costs could increase unnecessarily due to automatic processes. The best thing to do would be to call customer services or use the chat on Monday to clarify why this charge was imposed.
