It has been more than a month since I requested the termination of my contract
I contacted customer service to cancel my existing contract.
it tells me that it is done the contract is terminated and in the portal of my O2 it displays terminated contract.
I thought the chip was off, . but they send me the invoice for the month of October. while i haven't money pad to pay and am not in Allemagne .
in fact i have to terminate the contract as soon as possible because i am a refugee and i have already left Allemagne for a month ago .
please i have to terminate the contract urgently and deactivate the chip .
