Payment: how can I pay?

Dear community members,

I made a contract on 3rd of July, 2020. I provided all the details such as IBAN in a correct way - I’ve checked today, my IBAN in a contract is exactly as I have.

However, I was not charged with the monthly payment. I was sure that it is because of this story https://hilfe.o2online.de/english-o2-community-mobile-43/wrong-choice-of-tariff-plan-538725?postid=2128954#post2128954 .

Now I see that someone is looking for me as a debtor. I see it in my bank statement.

Could you tell me what I am doing wrong? I recently moved out from my apartment and I have an appointment for the registration for 30th of July. Burgeramt works by appointment these days because of pandemic. I specified my “old” address because I am not officially registered by the new address. Is it the problem with payment?

I signed the contract and was sure that all the payments will be just withdrawn from my bank account - the correct details are in the contract, I do not understand what is wrong.

I am sorry I contacted the customer service directly and they told me that I will be charged at the end of the month, not in the beginning. I hope it is true and everything is fine.

Hello @Lokwkey,

could you explain your request a little more in detail? Is it that you want to pay off your device early? Or is it a contractual issue?

Thank you very much and kind regards
