You can activate an o2 prepaid card on the company name in an o2 shop. You may have to ask in several shops because not everyone knows.

You do not get an invoice for prepaid top-ups because a credit top-up is exempt from sales tax. Only the use of the credit is subject to VAT.

Therefore, you can subsequently request a sales tax receipt (Umsatzsteuerbeleg) from the o2 customer service.
