Hello,

 

I am writing on behalf of my ukrainian friend who is facing an issue with the activation of their pre-paid SIM cards and would appreciate your assistance.

My friend recently purchased two pre-paid SIM cards from DM. Following the online activation process, they selected the PostIDENT verification method. With the provided PostIDENT coupons, they proceeded to the post office for identity verification.

The subsequent day, they received two emails. One indicated a successful activation, while the other suggested that the activation process had failed. Perplexed, they attempted the PostIDENT verification process four more times, unfortunately with no success each time.

I believe that sharing their personal data, including the SIM card number and phone number, might assist in resolving this issue. Could you kindly provide me with the appropriate contact details where I can safely share this information?

They tried contacting the English speaking hotline, but it appears they primarily cater to contract-based customers, and hence, were unable to assist them in this matter. Therefore, I am reaching out to the community forum on their behalf for guidance.

We look forward to resolving this issue at the earliest and appreciate any help that you can provide.

Can we get a refund instead to buy pre-paid package from another carrier?
