You entered your contract number in the first blank field above, right?
Then you entered your date of birth and came up with a user name and a new password yourself?

Please note that the user name may not be an e-mail address or telephone number due to the requirements.

To register correctly with your contract number and customer details, please log out of the forum here or use a different browser. Then it should work.

You can only view your invoices and switch to direct debit once you have registered.
Alternatively, please contact the live chat colleagues tomorrow, you have already received the link here.

The installments for the cell phone are always due here on the 5th of each month.
