Mein O2 website redirect to hilfe.o2online.de


I’m subscribing to O2 mobile tariff and DSL home internet and they already installed. The problem is whenever I tried to access Mein O2, it was always redirect me to hilfe.02online.de I’m not sure why

and welcome to our o2 community :relaxed:

If you are logged in with your community account, you will be automatically redirected to the community if you try to enter “Mein o2”.

However there is no need to delete your community account, you can register separately with your mobile number here and with your DSL landline number here. Please find more information in our English FAQs and especially in this article: Managing your account online.

The problem is that I already registered using my email. Is there a customer service instead to solve this issue ?

Either you will have to use a different email address or request that your forum account be deleted. A moderator can do this fir you but it will be a few days before they reply here.
