o2 will not give you any information at all, neiter the email address nor the phone number. That would be a serious breach of data protection regulations. What I don't understand is why you don't know who you bought the phone from or have any way of contacting them.

I understand your problem but unfortunately if you cannot trace the original owner there is really nothing anybody here can do for you.
I already traced as far as it was possible, which led me to here. And as I understood further a dead end. If they cannot help here, then I definitely will not go to Germany from Russia to find the owner of the phone, he himself has already managed + the data that brought me here are not cheap.
And he called again at Eipol, and they said that it was only here to find out. And the check even if they give you will not help in solving the problem. Only communication with the former owner will solve your situation.
