I already tried cancelling it thru 66399 "stop all" , but it only says that i did subscribed to any services but the charges for the past few month are there. Does this usually happen to o2 clients? Thanks for the answer
Can you see the service in the app or customer portal? If not, call the number for English support tomorrow and o2 customer services should be able to deactivate this for you.
Thank you , i saw it already in the app.. It says, music o2 aktiv wochenlich. But when i try to deaktivate it , it says i have not subscribe to any subscribtion..its kinda weird. My only option is the costumer services?

Usually we are able to cancel it, too. But in your case I can see you suceeded to terminate it just the other day.
Did you set your barring to third-party-provider by now?
