          What tariff you have.

• I have O2 Mobile M with the Exklusivvorteil.
  Have you called foreign numbers?
• No
• Was an individual connection overview requested by you when you signed the contract?
• I don’t have anz specific request. When I m buying sim card worker from O2 told me you will only pay for one time opening fee about 40 euro + monthly fee. I already paid last months. But for this months tariff price is that true because I signed for two years contract they discounted. But I saw extra fee about 21 euro for verbindungen & services

Still I m waiting solve this problem by O2.

you have an itemised bill that goes along with your normal invoice, that lists exactly what is being billed under “Verbindungen&Services”.
