Did this happen suddenly, or have you never been able to send an SMS with your prepiad contract?

If this never worked, maybe its time to check the in german called “Kurzmitteilungszentralnummer” in your phone settings

The SMS message center number is +491760000443 . If there is a wrong number saved in your phone settings it is not possible to sent any textmessages.

Hi o2_Matze , Actually I was not able to send the messages from beginning. I checked “Kurzmitteilungszentralnummer” and refreshed as well. Updating “Kurzmitteilungszentralnummer”  with the +491760000443 gives me update error. When I refresh, shows my number and 145.Please advise.
