Hello,
On 9 October 2022 I transferred 10 euros from Wise to O2 as I have done monthly for 1.5 years, but the amount is not credited as of today 14 October 2022. Usually it takes only 1-2 days. Wise confirmed the transfer was successful and I can provide a receipt and further details through a private channel.

Can you please check what is the status of my payment?

Thanks for the info @o2_Micha. The question is not about checking my balance - the question is about the amount I transferred that was not credited to my o2 account, using same transfer details as every month. I would really appreciate if I can ask for your help with this. Thank you.


Hello @ivan.mobile,

have you checked whether the recharge was used directly to activate a pack? If a Pack was on hold, it will be activated as soon as the recharge is done.
Is this possibly the case for you?

The recharge was not used to activate a pack - the recharge was only used as a normal credit topup for my current prepaid plan, exactly as I’ve done every month in the last 1.5 years. I can provide proof of payment via bank transfer.

Because of this problem I had to purchase credit at a store, but naturally I would like to receive the credit for the amount I transferred or claim a refund. What do you recommend?
