hello, today the surf day flat activated for me for some reason. I don’t want it, I only have this number for phone calls. delete this service for me I don’t want mobile data or any kind of packs, I just want to call an message people, why do I have to lose 99cents per day for nothing. deactivate this service for my number.

The day surf flat is always activated automatically when the Internet is used without a data package. This means you are well protected from significantly higher costs.
Please make sure to switch off the mobile data on your cell phone, then the daily flat rate will not be activated.
Alternatively, we can also set up a data block for your SIM card. Then internet use is only possible via WiFi.
