I was trying to acquire the prepaid sim from th Jahrestarife plan, but couldn’t do it in the stores nearby (it seems it couldn’t be done phisically). So I ordered it online.

My address is correct and I need a german sim card to open bank accounts and other stuff, but it’s been a week and I haven’t received any news about the delivery. How long does it usually take and what can I do to know if everything’s ok?
