Hello,
I had placed online request for a new contract with O2 for sim card. I was supposed to receive a confirmation email. I never received the email. After a few days I requested a new sim again. After one and half months I realize that I was billed by O2 for a contract for which I did not receive confirmation email nor ever I received my SIM card. Now the customer care is saying that the contract auto starts on 21st day of the request.
What Should I do? From the second request, I already have the contract with O2. How do I cancel the first contract without any charges?
