Hello, I tried to switch my NAT type for my PS4 on my laptop and had no luck.  Is there a step by step guide I can try?

thanks for your request. 

In order to get a public IPv4-address, we need to activate this address here in our system. This will be charged with 49,99 € as one-time service-fee. 

If you like to activate the public IPv4-address, just let us know and confirm the charge. Please also tell us the last 3 numbers of the mobile phone-number. 

After the activation, just set up APN to "netpublic" on the devices on which a public IPv4 address should be used. 

Use the normal Internet APN for all other applications.

By the way, you may also have the chance to use IPv6 until middle of June. Please check here your settings in your device: 

Settings> Connections> Mobile networks> Access points> o2 Internet> APN roaming protocol> IPv4 / IPv6

We are on the way to roll-out IPv6 until June.
