Hi,

My prepaid sim card got deactivated around 12 am today. I had enabled number portability in O2. I registered online with Lebara to issue me a sim card with the same number. When I contacted Lebara two days ago, they said they never received my online registration request for a new sim with my O2 number. So I thought the whole process failed and I have to do it again, but I did not do it again yet.

So can you please confirm, is my number deactivated because Lebara took over my number ? Should I contact Lebara further ? I am dependent on the mobile number a lot, your timely response is highly appreciated.

I took a look in the system and the number is successfully ported.

Can you use your number now at Lebara?

Thank you for the update. I am able to use the number in Lebara now. I have a query regarding credits I had in O2 before the number porting. What happened to the credits ?
