Dear O2 Customer Service,

I am writing to request the termination of my O2 contract for mobile number XXXXXXXX

I initially encountered issues during the porting process to mobile number XXXXXXXX, which proved to be time-consuming and frustrating. Additionally, I had requested a specific plan when I signed up for the service; however, my selection was not honored, and I was placed on a different plan without my consent. These early experiences have left me unsatisfied with my O2 service.

 I kindly request that you initiate a port request to facilitate the transfer of my mobile number XXXXXXXXto my new service provider. 

Due to these problems, I have decided to switch to another service provider. While I understand that there is a contractual agreement in place, I am prepared to fulfill any outstanding financial obligations as per the terms of the contract. Please provide me with the necessary information regarding any outstanding charges, including the termination fee, if applicable. I am committed to settling these outstanding payments promptly.

Furthermore, I kindly request that you initiate a port request to facilitate the transfer of my mobile number XXXXXXXXto my new service provider. This will allow me to retain my existing phone number, ensuring a smooth transition to the new service.

I would appreciate it if you could confirm the termination date of my contract, any relevant termination fees, and the initiation of the port request in writing. You can send this confirmation letter to my email address at aYour Email Address] or my mailing address mentioned above.

Hello @pulkitchaturvedi, I was just about to release your prepaid number for export, but I see that you have already been in contact with our colleagues and that the number has already been released. Has everything worked so far or do you still need further support from our side?
