Hello!

 

I’d like to order Google Pixel 7 with Pixel Buds Pro, and Free M plan with 20 GB. This costs €39.99/M plus €45.98 one-time fee (24 months). I’m not existing customer at O2. However, I checked the device availability with the map. I live in near Ingolstadt. But the device is unavailable according to the map. I’ve also checked Munich, Berlin, Nuremberg, but it’s not even available there. I’m scared to order right now because I’ve seen some community posts saying that some of them waited 3 months for devices. Please help me!

 

My second question:

I will only get Pixel Buds pro, if I order it before the end of October. Let’s forget first issue. If I continue to process my order right now (October 29), will it be completed before the end of this month?

We cannot influence the current availability of devices. We can only view the availability and pass on the relevant information.
Regarding your second question:
For the promotion, the order should be placed by the end of October. Did you complete the order by yesterday?

I placed the order on October 29. I have received 2 emails from O2 regarding the order. The second email is Eingangsbestätigung.

 

It says " We received your your order on October 29th, 2022. You'll shortly receive a second email with information on how to proceed" , which I haven't got.

 

I haven't got any emails after that. Is everything alright with my order? Am I eligible to get the Pixel Buds Pro?

after a successful order, a credit check also takes place first. As soon as this has been completed, you will receive further information. We cannot see in advance whether the credit check is positive or negative.
Please wait until tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. If you really haven't heard anything by then, we'll take a look and see if anything is apparent.

Because of your buds, I can tell you that the date is decisive when you placed the order.

Today I received this email which is very different to the deal I’ve agreed. ( 3rd Email I’ve got). Also there was no subject on it.

 

This was the deal when I placed the order. (This was an attached document in the first email, I received)

 

 

There’s no link on the red button(To the order page), so I can’t even proceed the order. OF COURSE I’M NOT GOING TO PROCEED IT. This deal is very different to the one I agreed. And I feel like I’ve been scammed, and wasted my time on this. I believe, I’m also not gonna get the pixel buds. I don’t want this anymore. What Should I do right now?

What is irritating for you here is the following circumstance: as soon as you carry out a contract for a cell phone financing and a tariff with o2, a credit check is carried out. This credit check is implemented in the relevant departments (you agreed to this when you signed the contract). Depending on the ranking of the person, the down payment of the device may increase again. That is: to conclude the contract (which was granted to you) is a higher one-time deposit of the device necessary (One-time charges 121 euros). After that, however, the monthly rate of the cell phone will be lower accordingly. Previously, a monthly price of 27 euros was confirmed to you, but due to the increased down payment, you will then only pay 22 euros per month. 

Accordingly, we cannot change anything about this decision. If you do not agree to this, the contract cannot be concluded.

1)What do I have to do now? There’s no link on the red button in the email. Will it automatically take money from my account? If I want cancel this order, what should I do now?

the link has probably expired and can not be clicked anymore. As you haven’t accepted it, the order was already cancelled.

You can of course order again if you whish.
