O2 prepaid M

Hello,

 

I bought the o2 prepaid M with 15gb. Last month the plan was working well, but today somehow O2 didn’t debit the money in my account, I receive a message asking to recharge that the plan would be automatically renewed.

 

i did that but the plan wasn’t, it automatically charged me 1 euros for a basic internet daily plan and now the offer with 15gb is no longer available there and I don’t know how to recovery my plan

The promotional period ended on the 5. september, so the 15 GB cannot be renewed anymore.

Do you have the possibility to book another prepaid tariff for you?
