I have been trying to cancel my O2 flex contract did it 1st November I got some emails in German that they were looking into my cancellation? What does that mean it’s a flex contract I only need to inform 1 month in advance is there any chance somebody can look into if the cancellation is confirmed? I’m leaving the country 1 Dec and I’m trying to finish all my cancellations before that time.
My Kundennummer is XXXX
