O2 flex you contract cancellation

Hello 

I have been trying to cancel my O2 flex contract did it 1st November I got some emails in German that they were looking into my cancellation? What does that mean it’s a flex contract I only need to inform 1 month in advance is there any chance somebody can look into if the cancellation is confirmed? I’m leaving the country 1 Dec and I’m trying to finish all my cancellations before that time.

My Kundennummer is XXXX

How did you give notice of termination? 
Did you write to o2 or use the cancellation button?

Hi thanks for answering I used a cancellation bottom received emails but I just want to know what is the system telling you? Is this cancelled? If not what do I need to do. I have a flex contract so I can cancel the contract 1 months notice.

Your contract has not been terminated. If I understand the entries in the tickets correctly, you only tried to cancel one option (InternetSufDaten). The collegues asked you about this by text message, but you didn't give any feedback.
