I paid 20eu for what to send me sms every day with this

and on top of all the guy that sold me said no you will have the 18gb just download the app the app says i dont have active tariff please help me

Where did you pay the 20,- EUR ? I can see that you booked the o2 Prepaid L pack.
It doesn't apply because you don't have enough credit. 
It looks like you haven't booked the o2 Prepaid M pack. Here is the offer with the 18 GB

Your contract is active, but there is not enough credit.
