no 2nd email


Hello,so yesterday i ordered a new phone with sim card and tariff,and in mail says “ you will get your 2nd email a little later in which you will be able to see your order and get a tracking number but i still haven't got that mail . I looked in all folders on my email account but it’s nowhere to be found.

nice that you found another phone you like to order. 

Unfortunately, the phone was denied internally. But I have sent a message to our department to ask them if there is any possibility that you can buy this phone. 

As soon as I have a reply, I will let you know.

I have good news for you. After consulting our credit check-department, I have now the possibility to send the device “iPhone 13 Pro Max 128 GB in gold” to you. The monthly rate is as the order before 36 € for 36 months. 

You will receive the device in approx. 3-4 weeks. 

I hope that you are happy about this solution.
