no 2nd email


Hello,so yesterday i ordered a new phone with sim card and tariff,and in mail says “ you will get your 2nd email a little later in which you will be able to see your order and get a tracking number but i still haven't got that mail . I looked in all folders on my email account but it’s nowhere to be found.

have you received the SIM-Card? We currently have some trouble with the credit check, which is why the hardware order can be a bit delayed.

Since your account is not yet asocciated with a contract, I have no data to look at right now.

We can switch to personal messages to check in your order, if you like - just let us know :hugging:

Hello,so yea i guess i did but the problem is i am on Vacation for next 3 weeks and i am not able to look at it or activate it..

But if it is not available thats not a problem,is there any way to cancle it or?

Yes, there is a way to cancel it. Just sent a withdrawal to the following adress:

You can use this form:

Just enter your personal data, Order Information (one for each order) and send it via e-mail to the adress :hugging:

Is there any way to delay the the shipping to when i come back in Germany? I will be back in 2 weeks so can we postpone the delivery untill then?

Ok,so what will happen with the phone if it gets delivered and i am not home and not able to pick it up?

it depends on the instructions given by DHL. It might be that DHL sends the phone back to us. 

It might be that you can pick up the phone at a specific place. 

Did you get the tracking-number meanwhile in order to check the status of your delivery?

If you do not have any tracking-number yet, just let us know. We will then switch to private messaging.

Yes i got the tracking nummer,and they left it in one DHL Filiale.

But i meant to ask what happens if i am not able to pick it up on time and they send it back to you guys?

Can you simply resend it when it comes back to you or?

oh, I see what you mean. 

Okay, if you cannot pick up the phone on time from the place mentioned by DHL, the phone will be simply returned to o2 again. 

In this case, you just need to order the phone again when you come back from vacation. It will not come back automatically to your address again. 

I hope the procedure is now clearer for you.

Ok,so yea i did not pick up the phone in time,but now all i have available on this page is like new contract,there is no option for just phone order.

I regret that you were not able to pick up your phone on time. Did you try to contact DHL concerning your phone?

You can order a new phone now by using this link: phones without tariff

If you order the phone again, please be aware that you will lose your hardware-discount as the contracts have not the same date anymore. 

Therefore, if you are still in the withdrawal period of 14 days, it might be wise just to cancel everything and to order the contract together with the phone again. 

I hope you will find the right solution for you.

I mean i would like to cancel it but how do i know if i am still in withdrawal period.

I have recieved the SIM Card but did not activate it and the first month rate is paid from my bank account so i dont really know,but i would like to cancel it and just order a new one..

And one more question.

If I lets say order a phone without tariff,will I be paying the same ammount on my actual tariff because i ordered a new phone plus sim card,or will i be paying just for the sim card.

Because i don't want to pay for a phone i did not recieve and than on top of that for a new phone,if you know what i mean..

Hello,so it is me again. Sorry for disturbance…

So on Monday morning while i was at work around 7 am i got a notification that i have recieved a order from o2,and i guess it was my phone.

When i came back from work i looked around my apartment for a box and in my mailbox for the pickup ticket because i tought that they maybe left it in a parcel shop and no luck again.

I than went and looked the order status on the DHL site and it says “delivery completed successfully”.

So i don’t know anymore what to do,i sent an E-mail to dhl regarding this problem but still got no answer,so i am back here again on this forum looking for a possible clue or a solution on where it could be.

And again I am very sorry for disturbance,and thank you for your help so far!!!

I have good news for you: the phone came back from DHL and will be cancelled. We will send another IPHONE 12 PRO MAX128GB,PAZIFIKBLUE+AIR PODS PRO to you within the next days.

Unfortunately, I received the information from our delivery department that the iPhone 12 is out of stock. 

So, we could not reorder the phone for you. 

I regret that I cannot offer you a convenient solution.

@o2_Tobias Haha Yea man that is my luck,biggest problem is i allready got a Protection Case for 12 Pro Max 😂😂😂

But can you give me some options one what phones do you have available,but i would love to stay with IOS,no android or some other..
