Has the sim card already been activated or are there difficulties with the registration?
I would recommend you to go to the o2 store with your ID and ask the seller about the error.

I have used the sim for more than one month, but now only I realized the name error when I downloaded the MeinO2 app. And yes, I will go directly to the Telefonica office or store.

I went to O2 shop and also to Telefonica office 3 times. But nothing helped. They gave me Reklamation nummer and I called them. One person said she will send a 4 digit code to my number in 2-3 days butthis is 7th day and I did not get any code. So I called in that number again and now the person I talked said I should fill Besitzerwechselformular and send them. When I checked I found that, this also need the 4 digit code that I don’t have. I don’t think I can change the name. So I am taking a new sim from other company. Thank you for the hlep.
