My prepaid card can not receive SMS from other countries

Hi, 

I started to use my new prepaid SIM card, but I find it is not able to receive SMS from other countries (only able to receive the one from Germany), this became a main problem when I want to register some services through SMS authentication. Thank you for your help in advance.

    Can you please provide a few more information: which phone do you use? Have you checked whether the correct number of the o2 SMS message center +491760000443 is saved on your device?
