My money does not show up


Hello, 

I forgot to put enough money in my direct debit so O2 cannot charge me. So I called customer service and made a bank transfer of 20 euro with all the details provided by the customer service on March 7th. The amount have still not been credited to my account. Later, I got the message that my number will be suspended on March 8th.

My bank said it successfully sent to O2 since March 7th. I would like to know where my transferred money is and if it will show up on my balance.

Can you please help me track this transaction?

Hi, thank you so much but right now my number is suspended. I cannot make any call unless I transfer the money again which I don’t want to do until I have some answer about my first transaction.

I can do that but last time I called them. They said that the number is for the post paid customer. However, they provided me the instruction to transfer the money and I ended up in this situation right now. I can call them again but would be happy to get some answer from their team online, too.

Depending on the time of day you made your transfer on March 7th, the amount should be credited to our account today or tomorrow.

I also just checked your prepaid number and there is currently a balance of -21.89 EUR due to the direct debit return fees of 4 EUR.

In this case, the 20 EUR transfer would not be sufficient and there would still be a minus of -1.89 EUR. I would recommend making another transfer immediately.

Can you provide me the instruction to tranfer the amount on private message since I cannot use sms to get O2 bank details to transfer the money. Many thanks.
