According to my o2 ( o2 grow) offer, i was supposed from the next month in my Vertrag to get 10 gb valid for 3 months. Sadly I didn't get it. Any my o2 app bonus (500 mb ) I could activate it.
Please help.

You are currently using 40 GB data volume. These 40 GB are also listed in your contract overview. I don't see any entry for an additional 10 GB. Have you had this confirmed?
