IPV4 CGNAT Open

Someone from Support cancelled today during the morning my IPV4 dynamic IP address, putting me back into the CGNAT.

I called technical support and they said it was a mistake that I needed to call Contract Support to give me back the ip address.

I called them, I received the message that it was reactivated, but still, I dont have it.

Could you please check that my IPV4 dynamic address is reactivated and that I am out of the CGNAT?
I don´t understand how these mistakes can occur to randomly deactivate my IPV4...

Hello @David Fernández Esteban,

nice that you have found your way to us again and that you are reporting here😊
I see you've already received a tip from schluej. Too bad it didn't work out. Unfortunately, I can't see
why the public IPv4 address was deactivated for your contract. If you didn't do this yourself, I can only assume
that it was a mistake. I can understand your displeasure about this.
Have you already restarted the device or devices?

Best regards
Daniela
