Hello, all.

 

I just got a new tariff with phone as a Grow with 40 gb via samsung webpage. Today it arrived with a phone and a simcard which would have a new number and I would like to cancel the old tariff which has been already over the minimum contract period. 

 

The questions are, 

  1. I would like to keep my number instead heaving new number. I was trying to use the section ‘Rufnummer zu O2 mitnehmen’ but it did not work. How do I take away with my old phone number?

 

  1. and, if possible I would like to keep my simcards. I have been using 2 simcards connected to one tariff sofar. I was wondering if this is possible again with my new Grow tariff. 

 

  1. and, how can I cancel my old tariff?

  1. You can move your old number to your new contract with this form: https://www.o2online.de/assets/blobs/pdfs/internes-portierungsformular/
  2. No, you can not keep the sim cards. At the end of your old contract, all included sim cards will be deactivated. But you can order new additional free sim cards with your new Grow tariff.

Yes, I filled in the form and cancelled the old contract. One thing I concern is someone from probably o2 is calling me to the old number after I applied cancelling the contract but when I pick it up, the call just ended. The number is 017688854588 which is try calling me. What is this about? Am I missing something? 

 

and, how can I order new free sim-card for my new contract?
