Hey,

 

I bought a 15gb O2 my prepaid M and I didn’t get my simcard after 7 days. the O2 hotline says there is no support in english for prepaid and I dont know how can I track my order and check its status. 

Should I order a new one?

When and where exactly did you order the sim card?
The shipping of a sim card can take up to 7-10 days in exceptional cases.

Hey. Hope you are doing well. I ordered a new sim from O2 on the 10th of August 2022. I am yet to receive the sim. The address is correct.

Hi I didn’t received my order placed online .

In last email says delivered, but I do not receive it.

Also I do not have tracking .

I have no card and no many. I pay 74 eur ( prepaid internet 999)

the DHL tracking says that it was handed over to a person who was there. Have you already asked around?
