Did not get my sim


Hey. Hope you are doing well. I ordered a new sim from O2 on the 10th of August 2022. I am yet to receive the sim. The address is correct. 
 

Order number: WSFCXXX

Could you please check and get back to me asap.

Thanks you so much for the response @o2_Manuela . I received my simtwo days ago. 

I raised a request to port my old number to O2 two days before. I got a message saying it will be done in one day. Could you please help me on this. I have also informed my old service provider regarding the porting and the number is free for porting now.
