I cancelled my contract in September and moved away from Germany. In November I received an invoice for €2.40 and I paid it. Now I received another for €4.00. I can’t even log in to the customer portal to see it as my login no longer works. I just want my account closed but I refuse to continue paying small amounts, especially when I can’t log in to see what they are for.
