I cancelled my contract but being charged still


I cancelled my contract in September and moved away from Germany. In November I received an invoice for €2.40 and I paid it. Now I received another for €4.00. I can’t even log in to the customer portal to see it as my login no longer works. I just want my account closed but I refuse to continue paying small amounts, especially when I can’t log in to see what they are for.

I have a very similar problem. I live in the US and I terminated my contract but my December invoice shows over 100 euro charge. I didn’t use the phone service and it’d be super expensive to call the customer service.

Hello, I have the same issue. I deactivated my account at the end of August and I still get 7,80 Euro invoices.
