Dear Dear customer servie,
I have my contract until 22th November 2021, (which are O2 free M boost and o2 my data S, )and I have noticed that I would like to end my contract.
I called o2 customer service 19th May 2021, saying that I would like to “end”my contract.
But unfortunately, they made mistakes and they extended my contract starting 20th/May 2021for 2 years !!
How could it be happened??
How can I end my contract ?
Should I pay extra fee even though I didn’t make any mistakes?
