How to cancel my contract

Dear Dear customer servie,

I have my contract until 22th  November 2021, (which are O2 free M boost and o2 my data S, )and I have noticed that I would like to end my contract.

I called o2 customer service 19th May 2021, saying that I would like to “end”my contract.

But unfortunately, they made mistakes and they extended my contract starting 20th/May 2021for 2 years !!

How could it be happened??

How can I end my contract ?

Should I pay extra fee even though I didn’t make any mistakes?

you can revoke a contract extension for 14 days. Don’t worry. The best way to cancel is to send a letter or FAX.

You can cancel the contract extension within 14 days. Please use this cancellation form, which you can fill out and send to us by email. The extension will then be taken back.
