Hi!
At the moment I have two prepaid plans (my Prepaid S and my Prepaid L). I want to unsubscribe from the first one, because I don’t want to pay for both every month. But I don’t see how can I do it with mobile app.
Could you please help me?

Do you want to cancel the whole Sim-card oder do you just want to cancel the plan?
Please take a look at Contract Cancellation or Prepaid - further questions and answers and follow to “I do not want my package to be extended after the current runtime. What can I do?”
