Hello, I have another sim card which is postpaid contract. I forgot my pin and now stuck on puk code. But the main point is that I do not have sim card cover or Mein o2 account on that sim card. And I have no means of calling on the helpline. Please help me get the puk code so that I can continue using services.

You can only take the puk number through the hotline or via MyO2, you have to register with O2 myapp and you can take your data under sim options. Vg Andi40

as Andi40 already said, we can’t tell you the PUK here. Have you already contacted the Hotline, so they can tell you the number? If you still need it, and haven’t contacted the Hotline please do so.
