esim ordered over a week ago - not arrived yet


I ordered an esim on 14 June and it hasn’t arrived yet.  Is it normal for it to take this long?

Hallo @achikts ,

 

the eSIM is ready for activation. If that option doesn’t show up in your “Mein o2” Portaö, we can also cancel this eSIM switch so you can start a new one.

I must have misread the instructions and was expecting the activation code to arrive by post, which is what I did in the past.  I see the activation instructions now and the link to activate it.
